Contract staffing, otherwise known as a retained search, is a type of exclusive process in which our entire team and the client are engaged. In this agreement our full-suite of services and attention are offered, and we work very closely to understand the needs of the position and share only the most qualified candidates. Often times methodologies of both parties are meshed together and agreed upon, offering a mutual “understanding” and resulting in the greatest outcomes.  Typically reserved for senior positions or highly technical roles, Hufford Staffing is open to establishing exclusive relationships with all clients, and guarantees placements no matter the assignment.

In such an agreement compensation is discussed up front and a fee is typically due prior to the onset of the process. This is an industry standard practice done to ensure commitment between both parties involved.
